1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the PetPriceHero application ("App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use PetPriceHero for personal, non-commercial pet management purposes only.

3. User Content & Data

You retain ownership of the data you enter (pet profiles, expenses, records). However, you grant us the right to host and store this data via our third-party provider (Firebase) to provide the App's services to you.

4. Disclaimers (The "As-Is" Clause)

No Advice: PetPriceHero is not a veterinarian or financial planner. Use of the App does not create a professional-client relationship.

Accuracy: We are not responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter or any calculations based on that data.

"As-Is": The App is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PetPriceHero shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data, pet health issues, or financial loss) arising from your use of the App.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
